Order Processing |
Our Cut off time is 11am PT. Every order made after 11am will be processed on next day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing your order. All shipping times and dates are subject to changes without notice. |
Return Policy |
Return can be made within 30 days after shipment. Please contact us before returning the product. Shipping and Handling is not refundable if the product is free from defectiveness. Shipping costs of returning the product will be paid by the buyer.
Opened items cannot be returned. If you already opened the product and do not like the flavor or is not effective to you. Please contact the manufacture directly.
Some manufactures provide warranty on their products, but they must be contacted directly.
In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off your total refund.
In the event of customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to us. If customer refues to receive the package, the shipping fee is not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
Some manufacture may carry warranty on centain products. Please contact their manufacture directly for future assistance.

All sales on RC toys are final. If the product is defective or damaged during the shipment, please contact our customer service group first: 626-579-2668. One of our specialist will try to help customers to troubleshoot the problem by the phone, and If we can not solve the problem, exchange can be made within 30 days. All Karman Healthcare items can be returned / exchanged within 15 days after delivery.
- Product must be unused, clean and not damaged.
- Original packaging and materials intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us before returning the product. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Since Karman Healthcare items are free shipping items, the shipping fee (may be varied) which we paid to ship will be deducted from your total refund.

Shipping
Information |
Discreet Shipping - All orders are shipped in plain unmarked packages.
Usually ships
in 2-3 working days. The shipping fee will be calculated according
the weight of the products. Please refer to the automatic calculation
for U.S. domestic shipping cost and international shipping cost will
be confirmed by email.
For orders being shipped to Military or MP, VI, GU, PR, HI & AK, we usually will add $9.99 for the S&H. If the items are too heavy, we will call or E-mail you the actual shipping fee. ( This addresses can't use free shipping promotions)
Please note: If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be processed on the following Monday, (NOT Saturday). If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and call in for the order.
About Incorrect Address:
All orders must be completed with the correct address, city, state and zip. giftespot.com will not be responsible for the mis-delivered or being delivered late when an incorrect address was provided. We will ship to the address provided on the order.
- A service fee will be added to your bill when an incorrect address was provided and the carrier needs to make an address correction, when a suite number/ apartment number is needed. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.
- Claims or requests for refunds on returns due to an incorrect address will not honored.
- Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/ apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
About Out of Stock Items:
We carry more many different items, and we sometimes can't keep everything in stock all the time. If any items in your order that are out of stock / discontinued, we will ship the remaining items to you and deduct item subtotals and at least corresponding shipping cost related to out-of-stock items towards your order WITHOUT further notice. If you still need the product, please check back later and place a new order.
*For all the international orders, please choose "International Express" in your shopping cart, and click "apply" button. Our website will be able to show you international shipping cost before entering your credit card information. Please note that we are not responsible for any of the restrictions, duties, taxes and broker fee collected from your country. While we only use the best shipping companies such as US post office to send the items for your order, customs costs including product return chargebacks and tax will be responsibility of the buyer. Should an item be returned by customs, the carrier charges us a product return fee which the buyer will also be responsible for. Any customs fees will be additional. As such, kindly make sure the items can be imported to your country prior to ordering.
*For First Class Mail International, the delivery takes up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. For customers who feels the EMI shipping is too expensive, please try to use this option. Note: First Class Mail International doesn't have a tracking number, so the package cannot be tracked.
Important: First Class Mail International doesn't cover any insurance on the package. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damages on the packages.
*For Canada orders, please choose "Canada USPS Priority Mail" for better rates.
**For all international packages, If we get the product back, we will give you
a refund for the product but not the shipping. If it is destroyed,
we will not be able to offer any type of refund. We hope you will
understand that this is only fair.
